The disposal of fish products is required by manufacturers and implementers. When making a ready-to-use product, a decent amount of waste is formed — they spoil very quickly.

The essence of the problem

Fish heads, tails, removable bones and ridge, insides and part of soft tissue, removable scales, fins and skin do not have a pleasant appearance — but as part of the fish, they carry about the same benefits as eaten pieces. This biological mass contains a mass of valuable micro- and macroelements.

At the same time, fish waste is dangerous — an unpleasant smell quickly arises from them, a mass of bacteria and small pests appear quietly in them, disease carriers begin to enter the environment. Bacteria fruit on compounds and moisture-rich fish tissues literally in hours.

All this leads to the following: the remains and trimmings of fish are a source of epidemiological danger — these are not jokes if the amount of waste is estimated in tons. With such a scale, the environment is greatly harmed.

Solutions

All producers at the legislative level are required to deal with the processing and disposal of fish waste on their own. It is not allowed to throw such masses in quantities exceeding household (kilograms) — while at the exit of fish factories, for example, there are constantly tens of tons.

If there are no own disposal capacities, it is recommended to contact professionals: they have equipment and technologies that allow you to completely recycle any amount of waste.

Not all organizations can do this — this requires a special license. It reflects the safety and reliability of the applied technological processes, during which one or more of the following processing options are performed:

production of useful products (raw materials or secondary semi-finished products, suitable as food additives, animal feeding or pharmacy preparations);

incineration of biologically non-recyclable masses;

placement in a biothermal pit (for compost production);

placing ash or non-incinerated material on the landfill.

Bone and fish flour, surimi, amino acids are the minimum that can give the processing of waste fish products.
